Champion Park Picnic Areas - A Splash Pad For Your Outdoor Events

 Champion Park in Springdale, Texas is a centrally located Park which was once a country home for relocated citizens of Dallas. Champion Park is still a well-maintained trail that is not very crowded. It is not a very big playground so you will not have to worry about limited space if you are planning on a family outing. There are also several picnic areas throughout the park that provide an enjoyable place for a family outing with your children.

There is a new playscape being added to Champion Park that makes it even more attractive and enticing to families. The new playscape is called the splash pad and it is located under the water fountain in the pavilion section of the park. The splash pad is made of a durable vinyl material that does not leak when it gets wet from being underneath the water fountain. It is made of two pieces that snap together making it easy to put in or take out so no worrying about damaging the structure of the water fountain. If you like to splash and have children that like to splash then this is the place to take them as it will give them a place to play without drowning.

The Champion Park picnic area has three playground areas which are located on a sloping portion of the park near the picnic tables. It is an ideal location if you want to get out of the sun for a picnic with a little bit of nature nearby. Picnic tables and grills are also located around the area allowing you to eat lunch or dinner while enjoying the beautiful views of Brushy Creek. The picnic areas are also close to the trails that lead to the different picnic areas which are also called playscapes. There are several picnic areas and each one offers their own unique style that is suitable for children and adults alike. There are also covered picnic tables available which offer shade from the sun for those that would like to sit underneath the tree line.
